All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
In case of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

We work with international suppliers and fulfillment partners like CJ Dropshipping to deliver your orders. Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 7–12 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–12 business days

  • Canada: 8–15 business days

  • Australia: 8–15 business days

  • Europe: 8–15 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs, holidays, or unforeseen delays.

3. Shipping Cost
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We may also offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
PAW🐾LOGIST is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges applied to your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs clearance, carrier delays, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

7. Incorrect Address
If you provide an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.
